Affiliate Program

Imagine earning a passive income simply by referring new users to my site. When a new user clicks your referral link, purchases an item via the site, you will receive a percentage of that person's first purchase of an item. If that sounds like something you want to do, read on to find out how it all works.

All members can act as affiliates by following the steps outlined in these terms. Just remember that if you want to actively participate in the Affiliate Program there are few things you will need to keep in mind which are explained below.

Refer new users to my site and you will receive a percentage of their first purchase of an item!

Referral code: Every member automatically has a referral code which is generated using your username. To get your referral code just create an account it appears in your member's area (My Referrers menu).

Simply paste a link or image button on your site using that code. If a new user clicks your referrer link and proceeds to create an account and purchase an item via site, you will receive a percentage of that person's first purchase of an item.

Referral program percentage: The earnings you will get for successfully participating in the Affiliate Program is 20% of that person's first purchase of an item.

More details: Here are a few important points about how it works:

1. I use cookies to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for me to track them.
2. If a person does not allow cookies or clears their cookies then I can not track them so can not pay earnings on that person's activity.
3. If a person clicks on your referral link and then later they click on someone else's, yours is the one that counts.
4. If a person clicks a link, they have three months before the cookie expires. If they make a purchase within that time, I will pay your Affiliate Program earnings. After 3 months, no Affiliate Program earnings apply.
5. Stats and Earnings appear in your member's area (My Referrers menu).
6. Above all, use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives me the right to review each and every referral.

1. Thresholds: I will make payments of your earnings when your account balance is at least $10.
2. Payment Method: Your payment will be processed and issued via Paypal.
3. Currency: All payments will be made in the US Dollar.
4. Timing: Your payment will be processed in 30 working days, but should take no longer than 5 working days. You can only request one payment at the time.
5. Method: When you have the minimum payout you can submit a request for payment appears in your member's area (My Referrers menu by clicking on the Payout button).
6. Payment errors: I will continue to hold your earnings if I am not able to pay your earnings to you for whatever reason, including if:
   1. I do not have the correct payment details.
   2. I can not contact you using the contact details that you have supplied.
   3. you have not made a request for payment.
7. Refunds and chargebacks: If a transaction directly relating to your Affiliate Program earnings is subject to a refund, I may, at my discretion, withhold that portion of your Affiliate Program earnings.

You may not refer users by:

1. confusing them (or potentially confusing them) about whether your site is operated or endorsed by me (for example, by copying design elements from my site);
2. sending unsolicited email or other messaging that in any way may constitute spam.
3. engaging in any conduct that does not meet my standards of terms including things like fraud, confusing the new user, or providing a link designed to mislead the customer.

I reserve the right to decide whether or not your use of the Affiliate Program complies with any applicable laws and/or these Affiliate Program terms or my website Terms. If I decide that your participation in the Affiliate Program does not comply, I can based on my reasonable discretion withhold your earnings and may disable your account.

I will make the final decision about whether or not your use of the Affiliate Program is in breach of any applicable laws or these Affiliate Program Terms (acting reasonably, of course).
