Privacy Policy

I collect certain personal information about visitors of my Site. The most common types of information I collect are things like: names, member names, email addresses, limited payment information, support queries, web analytics data.

Where I have your consent to do so (e.g if you have subscribed to my e-mail lists or have otherwise indicated that you are interested in receiving offers or information from me), I may send you marketing communications about products and services that I feel may be of interest to you. You can "opt-out" of such communications if you would prefer not to receive them in the future.

If your e-mail address has changed and you would like to continue to receive my e-mails, you will need to access your account and update your e-mail address information in your account.

If I send e-mails with commercial content I will generally include an "unsubscribe" facility that you can use to opt-out of further communications - to opt-out, just follow the instructions in the e-mail.

When you visit my Site, there is certain information that is recorded which is generally anonymous information and may not reveal your true identity. The fancy term for this is "web analytics information", and I only use this information for statistical and website development purposes and to improve my services to you. I am talking about the following kinds of details:

1. your IP or proxy server IP
2. basic domain information
3. your Internet service provider is sometimes captured depending on the configuration of your ISP connection
4. the date and time of your visit to the website
5. the length of your session
6. the pages which you have accessed
7. the website which referred you to my Site
8. the operating system which your computer uses

My Site are not suitable for children under the age of 13 years, so if you are under 13 I ask that you do not use my Site or give me your personal information (if you are a young tech wiz, please direct your nearest responsible adult to use the Site for you!). If you are from 13 to 18 years, you can browse the Sites but will need the supervision of a parent or guardian to become a registered user. It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to monitor their children's use of my Site.

I may collect and use Buyers personal information for the following purposes:

1. To process payments I may use the information Buyers provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. I do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
2. To send periodic emails I may use the email address to send Buyer information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If Buyer decides to opt-in to my mailing list, they will receive emails that may include news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the Buyer would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, I include an "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email or Buyer may contact me via my Site.

I do not collect a Sensitive data because I collect just the name and email address of the Buyer and the transaction number but for the other details of payment are collected by my payment service provider (Paypal).

I do not sell, trade, or rent Buyers personal identification information to others. I may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors with my business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. I may use third party service providers to help me operate my business and the Site or administer activities on my behalf, such as sending out newsletters. I may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given me your permission.

Buyers may find advertising or other content on my Site that link to the sites and services of my partners and other third parties. I do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and am not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from my Site. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to my Site, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, I never collect or maintain information at my Site from those I actually know are under 18 years of age, and no part of my website is structured to attract anyone under 18 years of age.

I have the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When I do, I will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. I encourage Buyers to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how I am helping to protect the personal information I collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
